Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $180.00 AUD.
Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ryaico.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@ryaico.com so we can investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
